Blackstone, an American alternative investment management company, agreed to acquire Civica, a provider of cloud software solutions, from Partners Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Civica, our aspiration is to be a 'GovTech' champion, providing software that supports the needs of citizens and those that serve them.
