We are proud to support The Senior Source which serves older adults in the Dallas area. Several Globe Life employees attended the organization's 30th Anniversary Spirit of Generations Luncheon, which honored individuals who have contributed significantly in "thoughts, words, and deeds' to all generations of the Dallas community past, present, and future.

Executive Director, coach, servant leader. It is my humble privilege to serve at Legacy Village of Hendersonville. "If service is beneath you, then leadership is beyond you."
"When you become frustrated with older people because of what they cannot do, think of how frustrated they must feel because they can no longer do it." It's easy to feel a surge of frustration when an older loved one struggles with tasks that once seemed simple for them. Watching them grapple with technology, forgetful moments, or physical limitations can test our patience. However, in these moments, it's essential to remember that our frustration is but a shadow of what they must be experiencing internally. In the grand tapestry of life, the roles we play often shift. Today, we may be the ones offering support; tomorrow, we might find ourselves in need of it. By approaching our older loved ones with empathy, we honor their journey and enrich our own, creating a legacy of compassion that transcends generations. At Legacy Senior Living communities, we are "Creating a Legacy of compassion".

Humanity First: Ladies and gentlemen, Today, I want to talk about something that unites us all - our shared humanity. In a world where we often focus on our differences, it's easy to forget that we are all part of the same human family. Humanity First is more than just a phrase - it's a call to action. It's a reminder that every person has inherent value and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, religion, gender, or background. We live in a world where conflict, inequality, and injustice still persist. But I believe that we have the power to change this. We have the power to put humanity first. When we put humanity first, we prioritize empathy over apathy, compassion over indifference, and love over hate. We recognize that every person has a story worth telling, a voice worth hearing, and a life worth living. So let's make a commitment to one another today. Let's commit to treating every person with kindness, understanding, and respect. Let's commit to standing up for those who are marginalized, oppressed, and silenced. Let's commit to creating a world where every person can thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. Together, we can build a world that puts humanity first. A world where every person can live with dignity, hope, and freedom. Let's make that world a reality, starting today. And to the children all over the world, thank you for being a source of joy and blessing to both your families and the society. Despite the joys and blessings you bring, the society has been unfair to you with insecurity, immorality, child abuse, poverty, school strike, poor parenting, and poor leadership. I hope that the children become leaders of tomorrow as they promised us and failed. Thank you. Celebrating my childhood and Children all over the world. Feeling thankful for this #IntChiDay

On this Juneteenth, Ōmcare takes a moment to reflect on the profound significance of this day in American history. The day when Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas with news that the Civil War had ended and enslaved people were now free...two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. As we commemorate this moment in American history, we must also confront the harsh reality that the legacy of slavery and systemic racism persists in our society today. The fight for true equality, justice, and freedom remains an ongoing struggle. At Ōmcare, we firmly believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords – they are core values that we must actively embody and champion each and every day. We are committed to creating a workplace culture where every employee, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background, feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work. But we recognize that this commitment must extend beyond the confines of our organization. We have a responsibility to be advocates for change in our communities and in society at large. We invite all of our employees, partners, and customers to join us in reflecting on the significance of Juneteenth, engaging in honest and courageous conversations about race and justice, and taking meaningful steps to create a more equitable world.

A message from our CEO Rachel Gegeshidze - Standing Together in Solidarity: A Commitment to Love, Equity, and Justice This weekend, our communities across the UK have been deeply shaken by tragic events that remind us of the profound challenges we face in fostering a society rooted in love, equity, and justice. At Tempo, we believe in the power of connection—the thread that binds us together as people, communities, services, and businesses. Our purpose has always been to unlock the potential within communities to thrive and to create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. In moments like these, it is essential to reaffirm our commitment to these values. There is no place for racism, hate, or injustice in the world we are working to build. We stand together in solidarity with all those who are hurting and those who advocate for a more equitable and just society. We must also speak out against racism and hatred wherever we encounter it. Silence is not an option when the safety and dignity of our communities are at stake. By standing up and speaking out, we can challenge the prejudices that divide us and work towards a future where everyone is treated with respect and fairness. Let us move forward with love at the centre of our actions, equity as the foundation of our relationships, and justice as the compass guiding our decisions. Together, we can create the connected and thriving communities we envision. Now, more than ever, let’s lead with compassion, speak out against injustice, and stand up for what is right. #StandAgainstRacism #CommunityUnity #LoveAndEquity #JusticeForAll #Solidarity #EndHate #ConnectedCommunities

Savory Sunday!🙏🏽🗣️✌🏽 Serving others is a profoundly rewarding experience that enriches both the giver and the receiver. When we help others, we foster a sense of community and connection, and we gain a deeper understanding of empathy and compassion. The act of service brings a unique satisfaction that material rewards cannot match, as it affirms our shared humanity and purpose. By contributing to the well-being of others, we experience a boost in our own happiness and fulfillment, creating a positive ripple effect that extends beyond the immediate act of kindness. In essence, serving others not only improves the lives of those we help but also nourishes our own souls. #InfiniteSolutionsGroup #servantleadership #SavorySunday #trailblazer #staffingsolutions #governmentcontractor #seniorcare

Happy Juneteenth! Today as I reflect on this holiday of celebration and recognition of our ancestors. I also think about where we are relative to our country being in the midst of an existential crisis about DEI and Equity. There are countless examples in all sectors that point towards a scaling back or a retreat from continuing to address these issues (see WABE article in link below). I've spent my entire career dedicated to addressing health inequities and have witnessed first hand what happens when we ignore disparities. We all experienced the devastation caused by COVID-19 and saw the result of neglecting addressing health disparities. I think it's critical we don't allow the narrative for this holiday to be dictated to us, and likewise we will need courageous leadership to harness our collective power to not allow DEI and Equity to recede into the shadows. Here is my question to those who read this post....How should we authentically celebrate Juneteenth? and What one thing do you think could be done to maintain momentum for DEI and Equity? https://lnkd.in/eMTXeruk
