It actually never occurred to me that this is how it would look to the user - the baby! But this is an all too common problem - strategy abstracted too far away from the user community to deliver the real value. It’s true for many industries of course, but especially when it comes to technology. The answer? Better user research, a commitment to proper business and requirements analysis and solid product design. #businessanalysis #design

Good design thinking is good business because it prioritizes understanding and meeting users' needs. By empathizing with customers, companies can create products and services that resonate deeply, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Through iterative prototyping and refinement, design thinking enables the development of innovative solutions that address real-world problems effectively. This approach reduces the risk of investing resources in products or services that may not resonate with the market. Ultimately, by integrating design thinking into business practices, companies can drive growth, differentiate themselves from competitors, and build stronger customer relationships, leading to long-term success and sustainability. #DesignThinking #UserCentric #InnovationInBusiness #CustomerEmpathy #IterativePrototyping #ProblemSolving #BusinessStrategy #CustomerSatisfaction #MarketResonance #IterativeDesign #UserExperience #CustomerCentricity #BusinessInnovation #CompetitiveDifferentiation #CustomerLoyalty #DesignDrivenBusiness #EmpatheticDesign #InnovativeSolutions #BusinessSuccess #SustainableGrowth
