For sure the role of Digital & Media leaders, Marketing Directors & CMOs has never been more complex and strategic than it is now, exactly because they need to balance so many aspects. I do think, however, that Customer Insights & Customer Experience - which can be combined & summarised as Customer Centricity - would deserve the highest weight in the formula...
