MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. MSD is pleased to introduce an ultrasensitive assay for measuring phosphorylated Tau at threonine 217 (pT217) in human samples. The new pT217 assay expands our S-PLEX portfolio in neurology research applications. Recent studies have shown that pT217 is an important biomarker associated with neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer’s disease. Measuring pT217 in blood-based matrices requires assays with high sensitivity. The pT217 singleplex S-PLEX assay achieves fg/mL levels of detection and enables the interrogation of this biomarker in both normal and diseased samples.
