Today I'd like to present you with a turning milling composite part. It is made, of brass material and has undergone annealing heat treatment. The head of the part is milled using CNC and a long step was added with a step of 6cm. There is no chamfer between the step and the gear. Below the gear is a turbine. The overall machining of this part is not difficult. It takes 10 hours to process using turning milling composite technology. Then the finished product is successfully produced.
