Tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5) sputtering target 99.99% Tantalum oxide is used in many microelectronic functions as thin films, because of its high dielectric constant, high refractive index and low absorption coefficient. The high dielectric constant is needed for storage capacity in dynamic random access memories (DRAM), where Ta2O5 films are used. Ta2O5 films are also used in metal-oxide-semiconductor devices (MOS-devices) and as antireflective coatings. Cerium oxide (CeO2) sputtering target Cerium oxide has good high-temperature thermal stability, thermal expansion and dielectric properties, and can be used to manufacture electronic ceramic components such as ceramic capacitors, ceramic filters and all-solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors. Cerium oxide has a high dielectric constant and can play the role of storage bin and dielectric in capacitors, while also reducing the size and power consumption of components.
