We asked attendees where chips will drive the most innovation in 2025 last week at DAC, The Chips to Systems Conference. The results are in! The automotive industry was the clear winner, followed by consumer electronics. Some of our team’s other takeaways from #61DAC: ✳️ There’s a new focus on systems companies, with these organizations representing a larger segment of the semiconductor market (hence the conference’s name change this year) — particularly with automakers and hyperscalers driving the latest advances in semiconductor technology. ✳️ We’re seeing a greater need for data management for AI, including traceability and provenance of your training data throughout its lifecycle. ✳️ Vishal Moondhra, VP of Solutions for Helix IPLM, joined Walden C. ( Wally ) RhinesBryan CatanzaroRavi Poddar, Ph.D., and Mahesh Turaga, Ph.D, M.B.A. for a panel discussion on harnessing generative AI and data to drive innovation. We’d like to thank our partners NetApp and Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as Cadence Design Systems for a great event! What were your takeaways? Do you agree with the 36% of our booth attendees who said chips will drive the most innovation in the automotive industry? We would love to hear what you think in the comments. ⬇️ Thank you to everyone who stopped by to talk to our team this year! We always appreciate learning about the challenges you're solving and how we can help. #semiconductor #chipdesign
