“Will vs skill” is something I’ll always look for during hiring. The best candidate for the job is not always the one who has the most impressive resume on paper. Someone who shows skill, but combined with a strong willingness to learn and drive to get things done… These are the people who have consistently been a great match for Luzmo. This helped us find people who think outside the box, instead of doing things “by the book”.
