3yHere is the patient's point of view about Metro Dentalcare making blatantly false claims of calling me. Yet, the CEO and the Quality Assurance believe in NO COMMUNICATION, let alone the apologies. Yet it claims prestigious accreditation for excellence in care and service to our patients. The fact is that Metro Dentalcare is the WORST in service to the patients. I have not seen any satisfaction surveys at least in the last two years which is essential for seeking accreditation. As a patient, I accidentally got to have two separate estimates for my major dental work(a lot of out of pocket expense) by Metro Dentalcare and another dental office and to my shock and surprise, every treatment was more expensive at Metro Dentalcare and the worst patient care services (not the clinical part). I am glad that I chose a different provider for major dental work at a much better price and with dignity. At Metro Dentalcare, even a complaint to the CEO went on completely deaf ears. You as patients have rights and deserve due respect and response. You be the judge and make your own decision. Be wise and demand the service that you deserve.
