The day begins with tanker offloads, where raw materials and bulk wine are carefully transferred for further processing. Next, the teams handle filtration and gas management, ensuring product integrity and safety at every stage. Our lab technicians perform lab analysis, ensuring that quality standards are met. Simultaneously, other team members are blending and compounding, where ingredients are expertly combined to meet our unique formulations. We also carry out onsite fermentation and crossflowing processes, essential for achieving the desired characteristics in our products. Finally, the journey ends with a round of filtration before the product is transferred to Production, ready for packaging and distribution.
