When I was the leader of now Senator and then Congressman Chris Van Hollen’s District 8 of Maryland and later for the whole state for the Maryland T.Boone Pickens Plan for American energy independence from 2008-2012 in the Washington D.C suburbs where I had lived with my then young family from 1998-2010 until my divorce, and after until 2012 just down Rockville Pike in the same district, I was on blog talk radio around the country and other talk show hosts took material from my blog posts promoted by the Plan for their own shows.
I did not download The Langley files podcast but I would not put it past the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) online content gathering folks for the podcast material to freely use the content I am generating in some of their podcasts.
So, I thought I would share below my raw, unedited posts in active discussions on X, in X style, but not in my LinkedIn style, the other day about how to end the Ukraine war with my Virginia Senator Mark Warner and former Barack Obama’s Ambasador to Russian Federation Michael McFaul, a professor of International Relations now Stanford University and a big proponent of defeating Vladimir Putin:

It’s Geopolitics 101: Giving a win to one authoritarian leader empowers all authoritarian leaders.
Handing Putin a win in Ukraine by refusing to renew our aid would clearly empower Xi in China. We cannot delay – let’s pass an aid package this week.

Geopolitics graduate PhD seminar: We will win, eventually but it need not be a hot war. This hot war must end with Ukraine’s accession to the @EU_Commission and @NATO, leaving Donbas and Crimea in geopolitical limbo.
The way this war would be won is if and only if <=> there can be total global nuclear disarmament. @globalzero

@McFaul: Was he referring to China? Russia is becoming China’s satellite. It’s a classic imperial relationship, with the peripheral country sending natural resources to the metropole at prices that benefit the metropole and punish the colony (https://lnkd.in/e7iP9-Af).

Bill Burns of @CIA got it totally wrong still listening to Henry Kissinger who is now dead and gone.
The idea is to make China a vassal state of the West and the Global South, not Russia a vassal of China and get checkmated thinking Langley is the sharpest and only game in town like the @federalreserve on money. Both have been chronic screwups.
When Ukraine ends, Russia will also get its sphere of influence in the East and peacefully co-exist with Europe. Do not screw this up again.
This is how you set up geopolitics to globalize #bidenomics @POTUS to supersede Clintonomics to fix Madeline Albright’s and @HillaryClinton’s @NATO expansion mess.
It is a pity I have to explain it so explicitly.
