We are excited to share that Standex has acquired NASCENTechnologies, a leader in Low-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic (LTCC) and wire wound transformers for high-temperature and high-power density applications. The company will join the Standex Electronics Magnetics product portfolio. This acquisition enhances our magnetics portfolio with cutting-edge technology and boosts our capabilities in high-temperature applications. NASCENTechnology is currently deploying their LTCC technology in high-reliability defense systems and the energy sector. The NASCENTechnology site in Watertown, South Dakota, will operate as a Standex Electronics business unit under Daryl Schofield, focusing on serving existing customers and expanding capacity.
