🎉 Hello everyone! You may know this (…or not😀), but I created VALEXEL! Yes, it’s been 3 years since VALEXEL, my baby in strategy and international business consulting, started its journey. This is a great opportunity to thank my family, my clients, and my network for their unwavering support. Many people often ask me: "But why the name VALEXEL?" 🤔   There are several reasons:   🔸 VAL stands for values – which I deeply believe in! In my work (as in my personal life), strong values are the key to building trust, especially in the healthcare sector, where the ultimate goal is to protect patients' lives.     🔸 I also defined my values with the acronym ALPINE (yes, I love mountains 🏔️): A for Accountability (the importance of taking responsibility and delivering on commitments) L for Leadership & Learning (because we learn every day) P for Passion for Customer (without you and them, there’s no VALEXEL! 🤕) I for Integrity (honesty, fairness, respect—no ambiguity here) N for Nurture (fostering relationships, talents, encouraging growth, and supporting organizations or people) E for Entrepreneurship (yes, I love the entrepreneurial spirit and engaging with decision-makers and innovators)   🔸 And then, there’s the suffix EXEL – (without the "C" because it was already trademarked 😀), derived from excellence, of course! 🌟 It’s a principle that drives all my actions. I strive to achieve the highest standards in everything I do, aiming for excellence in my services and results (though it can sometimes be exhausting for those around me! 😅). Every project is like climbing an Everest 🏔️, and each client is my climbing partner. 🧗♂️   ⚠️🤫 But wait, here’s a little secret: VALEXEL is also the combination of my two greatest achievements: ❤️🔥 my children, Alexandre and Valentin. 👨👩👧👦   This project, just like my children, reflects what drives me daily: helping, creating, growing, and passing on knowledge. What a year this has been. 2024 unlocked new levels of courage I didn’t know I had. Piyush Shah often told me that founders have a different muscle of courage, and this year, I truly began to understand what that means. Foundership is a roller coaster—it’s a path filled with risks, doubts, and countless moments of uncertainty. It’s also a path of immense gratitude. To all those who stepped in to help, guide, support, and believe in the vision—thank you. You were the wind beneath our wings. And to those who didn’t—you were our greatest teachers. How do you track who the BD team met with and tag them as someone we have a good relationship with? How can you quickly locate that one needle in the haystack that will help you smash your KPIs?
