It’s crucial to address these gaps confidently in interviews. A well-articulated explanation can turn a potential concern into a testament of resilience and adaptability. A career gap is not a crime, but a situation that anyone can find himself into (even the interviewer for that matter). Interviewer expect you to be on the backfoot while tackling this question, it's better to rather answer with confidence and most importantly acceptance.
