Employee Spotlight: Meet Julie Tracy, Technical Support Specialist! Julie Tracy brings over 2.5 years of experience to our Technical Support department. In her role, she is responsible primarily for handling exercise and ECG troubleshooting calls as well as responding to international and domestic emails. She is also a huge support to her fellow support teammates. Julie is known for her customer-first attitude and her creative approach to problem-solving. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the many appreciative customer emails she receives. In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking in the mountains with her dog, Jack, road cycling, mountain biking, and getting to bed early. Join us in celebrating Julie's dedication and passion for her work!
