The Professional Women Employee Network Group at MGM Resorts proudly hosted its first-ever Career Leadership Summit at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, bringing together over 120 employees from across Las Vegas. This impactful event focused on equipping both current and aspiring leaders with the tools to grow their careers within MGM Resorts. The summit featured panel discussions with senior leaders, personalized career coaching, resume reviews, wellness activities and complimentary professional headshots. Rebuilding native oyster populations through recycling! Beau Rivage Resort & Casino has partnered with The Nature Conservancy to launch Save Our Shells, Coastal Mississippi’s new oyster shell recycling program. Oyster shells collected from Coraline's and BR Prime are donated and used to restore oyster reefs along the Gulf Coast. Each half oyster shell can produce ten new oysters and a single oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water each day. In just the first two weeks, Beau Rivage has saved over 2,200 pounds of shells.
