🚀 Gaussian Splatting is getting better and better! 📷 Here is an example of quality achieved from 1466 frames in 4k resolution. 💻 I'm using Jawset Postshot for training GS on my RTX 6000 Ada gen GPU and then imported the ".psht" project directly inside Unreal Engine 5.5 with Postshot plugin and created a quick scene with some Quixel assets. In an interview with Quasar Zone, #NVIDIA discussed the future of #DLSS and Multi-Frame Generation (#MFG). A key highlight was MFG’s potential to generate up to 16 “fake” frames per real frame. However, NVIDIA is assessing whether such an increase is necessary. With the #GeForce RTX 50 series, DLSS 4 introduces MFG, replacing traditional #framegeneration and significantly boosting #FPS, particularly in #4K at #240Hz. Currently, MFG generates up to three additional frames, striking a balance between #performance and #visualquality.
