Inclusivity is a cause that remains near and dear to our entire team's heart. During our September gathering, our entire company was honored to participate in our second kickball tournament with Miracle League of Arizona, an organization that plays a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and joy through the sport of baseball for individuals with disabilities or special health care needs. It was a delight for our team to present them with a $15,000 donation to support their ongoing efforts in leveling the playing field for everyone to enjoy the sport of baseball. What a week it’s been in Phoenix! Following our in-person employee Celebration, we were thrilled to host our inaugural Mi-Case User Group Conference. This conference has been a long-held dream, and we’re thankful to the 13 partners from 8 States and localities who took time from their busy schedules to engage with our team. As our President, Dean Allen said best "The theme of this event is to listen, because we can only get better when we hear directly from the users of our software." Not only did we listen, but we also had time to review the product roadmap, explore new features and the exciting frontier of AI, and connect on shared pain points to spark new ideas for further enhancements to our product. As a team, we agreed to have a mid-year briefing in addition to the annual user group meeting making this a regular part of our product evolution going forward. This weekend we held our 2024 Celebration of People here in our hometown of Phoenix.
