Today marks the beginning of #HispanicHeritageMonth, an annual celebration in the United States that runs from September 15 to October 15. Miami-Dade County International Trade Consortium appreciates and honors the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and diversity of American Latino communities.
The month-long observance begins on September 15, a significant date as it marks the independence anniversaries of several Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In addition, Mexico and Chile celebrate their independence days on September 16 and September 18, respectively. The celebration continues through October 15 highlighting the varied heritage of people from Spain, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
We look forward to continuing to work together with the Consular Corps in Miami to promote Miami-Dade County as a global trade hub and #GatewaytotheAmericas to advance multilateral trade relations between both regions. #GlobalGateway
