The hardness of ASTM A269 TP201LN Stainless Steel decoration Pipe is very high, and the safety of stainless steel products made with it is still quite high. It cannot be processed by heat treatment to bend round or other shapes that change its shape. It can only be processed by cold processing, which is our common use of machinery and equipment, such as rounding, pressing into an elliptical tube or other shapes of heterogeneous tubes. However, ASTM A269 TP201LN Stainless Steel decoration Pipe bending and special-shaped processing are not unlimited operations. The tensile strength of 304 stainless steel pipe is tested to be about 550MPa, and its hardness is about 150~160HB. We cannot exceed this limit when processing. After the stainless steel pipe is cold-worked, the protective layer on the surface is destroyed and the corrosion resistance will decrease. After the stainless steel pipe is cold-treated and stretched, the surface of the stretched stainless steel will become thinner, and its toughness will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, a limit value must be considered during processing.
