TRU Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: TRU). (TSXV:TRU, OTCQB:TRUIF) (“TRU” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its copper-focused exploration program at its Golden Rose Project (“Golden Rose”) in Western-Central Newfoundland is underway. As previously announced on April 18, 2024, exploration will be focused on the critical minerals associated with the deposit-bearing Cape Ray – Valentine Lake Shear Zone, with the view to developing a deeper understanding of the overall critical minerals potential at Golden Rose, and ideally to identifying drill targets for such minerals. While special emphasis is on copper exploration (“Cu”), the program will also investigate other critical minerals occurrences hosting nickel (“Ni”) and zinc (“Zn”), which have been identified in previous exploration activities carried out by the Company. Recharge Metals Limited (ASX:REC) has unveiled a promising new copper mineralisation model at its Brandy Hill South Project in Western Australia, where a thorough evaluation led by geologist Dr. Steve Beresford has revealed mineralisation exceeding 500 metres in strike length and remaining open in all directions. ⛏️ Exploration data suggests the presence of a well-preserved porphyry copper system compared to similar deposits in Western Australia, supported by previous drilling intersections including 33m @ 0.97% Cu from 59m, 77m @ 0.33% Cu from 209m, and 22.5m @ 1.02% Cu from 375.5m including 7.5m @ 1.65% Cu. Dr. Beresford's proposed next steps include trialing induced polarisation surveys and detailed mineralogical studies, supported by existing exploration data, enabling rapid advancement at minimal cost. Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX:ORN, JSE:ORN) is celebrating the results of its first diamond drilled hole at the Flat Mine South (FMS) prospect of the Okiep Copper Project in South Africa, hitting 20.5 metres at 4.99% #copper within a wider result of 43 metres at 3.41% from 527 metres. The high-grade copper mineralisation is open for at least 200 metres down dip from this first drill hole, offering further potential for more exploration at depth. Flat Mine South was a virgin discovery with no indications of prospectivity at surface, which Orion believes will form a key part of an early production plan for the project. Systematic and methodical #gold exploration has yielded results for Dynamic Metals Limited (ASX:DYM) at the Widgiemooltha Project in Western Australia, where the company has defined a large gold-in-soil anomaly with peak results of 2.1 g/t gold (2.1 parts per million gold) in soil samples. DYM took 191 additional samples from the area, where the company had discovered evidence of two strong gold anomalies, filling in sampling gaps and extending exploration lines to the east, where the anomaly remained open. via Kalkine Media Australia Viking Mines has reported encouraging assay results from the latest #drilling at its First Hit Lithium and Gold project, WA Goldfields. During the December 2023 quarter, the company completed the 1,220-hole auger programme at the project, over the Ida Fault, which is known to hosts significant #lithium deposits. The auger programme has defined 19 lithium anomalies across the project, out of which eight immediate priority targets have been identified. These high-priority targets require immediate follow-up field work and exploration. The identified priority targets have associated caesium, tantalum and thallium anomalies, which are indicative of lithium- #caesium- #tantalum pegmatites, known for hosting spodumene mineralisation. Gladiator Metals Corp., a mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-grade copper projects in the Whitehorse Copper Belt, Yukon, has expanded its Whitehorse Copper Project. The company staked 55 new claims, adding 11.3 km² of tenure to encompass the Jackson Copper-Skarn prospect. The Jackson Prospect covers over 6 km of prospective strike between Cretaceous intrusive bodies and Triassic metasediments, a key control on mineralization in the region. Historical exploration revealed significant potential, with shallow drill results intersecting high-grade copper skarns, including 6.12m at 5.61% Cu, 1.03 g/t Au, and 247 g/t Ag from 55.14m. Undrilled target areas with high-grade copper skarn mineralization have also been identified, such as the Franklin Target with rock chip samples showing up to 9.4% copper and 6.36 g/t gold, and the Hamilton Target with samples revealing up to 3.48% Cu and 1.69% Cu. Gladiator Metals has begun its summer exploration program, including mapping, sampling, and planned drone magnetics, to further evaluate the potential of the Jackson Prospect. #mining #exploration #copper #yukon @gladiatormetals
