Being able to clarify our purpose prior to development of team strategies starts not with leadership but with team development process. Teams focus on developing training guides successful development and procedures within proposals of team assignments. Each team member must know and understand all aspects of each member within team construct. What purpose is the mission state will determine focus. Focus must align toward objectives of team assessment. All team activities must adhere within the framework designed prior launch. If team members are valid expectation of growth certain. Team retention at this point is mandatory. If team compression is agreeable then retain all members within. Retain instead of terminated will ensure talent retention is maintained as priority for investors. Loosing talent is #1 cost to retention losses annually. Keep talent you have. Might not find more talent. You will find investors not willing to commit more resources toward efforts of retention fails more than team effort allows. Provide value will increase investment. Reduced value will decrease investment. Make retention a team effort on all fronts.
