Locus Robotics announced yesterday that they reached their 3 billion pick - amazing results. What is interesting picking first billion items took 7 years, next billion took just over 11 months, while this last billion took just 33 weeks. It is great confirmation how fast robots are adopting to different business cases - from warehousing to production environment. #robotics #innovation #technology

Researchers from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) have developed a deep-learning technique that can identify the optimal areas for reducing robotic traffic in a warehouse production system.
