At #ConneXions23 we announced that Calix Service Cloud (formerly Support Cloud), together with Calix Operations Cloud, will enable customer service representatives (CSRs) to proactively identify and solve subscriber issues faster. Now CSRs can access operations insights, including real-time access to ONT and network issues, with just one click.
