Although denied by the White House, Joe Biden is said to have privately called Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu a "bad fuck*ng guy" (https://lnkd.in/drx8YR7C). Am I surprised? Not in the least. After all, many Israelis have much worse to say about Bibi, as evidenced by his precipitous drop in the polls and that of his Likud party (https://lnkd.in/dk2Szx3w). However, is Biden's support for Israel the reason he stands to lose the presidential election in November? No way, Jose! A few days ago, two New York City policemen were viciously attacked by illegal aliens, who were then freed without bail and left on a bus for California, their tickets apparently paid for by US taxpayers' dollars. Bad enough that this should happen, I can't help but wonder why these policemen were not aided by bystanders. Is it because the bystanders worried that if they were to intervene on behalf of the police officers, they would also be arrested but held in custody without bail? What I am trying to say is that there is a strong feeling among middle-of-the-road Americans that the US has spun out of control, and its value system has gone to hell. This resultant sense of alienation is what enabled Trump to be elected in 2016 and what could well allow him to return to the White House in another year, notwithstanding a bevy of civil and criminal charges against him. Were it only possible that Jill Biden could tell her 81-year-old husband that it's time for him to step aside and allow another middle-of-the-road Democrat to lead the party. And were it only possible that Sara Netanyahu could tell her husband that for the good of Israel, it's time for him to step aside and allow Israel to heal, as if Sara would ever allow that to happen. Me? I am old and powerless, and notwithstanding my recent back operation (L4-L5 for sciatica), most days you can find me digging a deep moat around my house, which will soon be populated with crocodiles. "As the federal government has implemented policies like those advocated by Vance, overdoses have increased. A recent report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) and the Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) showed that 500,000 people were deported for drug offenses between 2002 and 2020, during which time overdose deaths skyrocketed. I asked Maritza Perez Medina, the director of the Office of Federal Affairs with Drug Policy Action, to weigh in on the calls for hardline immigration policies in response to the overdose crisis. Her response resonates, particularly after Donald Trump falsely claimed at the RNC that fentanyl trafficked via immigrants has recently killed 'hundreds of thousands.' [Perez] Medina condemned the 'shameful' scapegoating of immigrants, saying, 'To be clear, nearly all people convicted of trafficking fentanyl are U.S. citizens driving cars and commercial vehicles through legal ports of entry, not undocumented immigrants or asylum seekers.....Members of Congress and the executive branch, as well as state and local officials, should reject the false conflation of immigrants and drugs. Instead, they should develop more humane policies on two fronts: assisting asylum-seekers and immigrants fleeing danger, or seeking to join or return to US family members, homes and communities; and addressing the domestic drug overdose crisis by expanding access to evidence-based health services.....The United States has harshly criminalized drugs and deported our community members for decades, [y]et, there has been no significant decrease in drug use or the availability of drugs. However, as a result of these policies, there has been a huge increase in overdose deaths and families torn apart by our draconian immigration system.'” #NoMoreDrugWar

An omen If the Russians were confident of a donnyboy victory these hostages would not have been released in my opinion. donnyboy stopped new border security laws that the republicans desperately wanted and worked for decades to get. Americans would have benefited from. Republicans trashed their bill as ordered by donnyboy so as not to give Biden a victory. donnyboy tried to stop the Fed from lowering interest rates. It looks like a Sept lowering may happen. Benefiting all Americans. The Fed has no fear of donnyboy. Now the Russians release hostages. A sign that could be Russia has doubts about donnyboy’s chances after Harris appears to be in the running now. Russia appears to be hedging its bets on Harris. May I remind everyone, donnyboy couldn’t get the hostages out when he was in office. donnyboy’s got a lot of decisions to make now. Will Putin give donnyboy sanctuary? Will Putin see the benefit of gaining access to our most secret information be out weighted by the liability attached to giving donnyboy sanctuary? Russia is very weak at this time and is a failure as a country. What’s donnyboy going to do next? Stay in the U.S. and risk jail and the embarrassment of jail? Flee the U.S. for sanctuary? Put his freedom on the line to try and win the presidency? If he lose, what then? Strike a deal with Biden for clemency on federal charges? Apologies to GA and NY State AG’s and ask forgiveness? donnyboy’s got a lot of decisions to make soon. This is just getting started

Trump is Unbelievable! (Part 3) The facts won’t allow us to believe his comments about crime Crime - On my blog last week, I brought facts to bear on former president Trump’s promises on the border and the budget. Today, let’s compare Trump’s affirmations about violent crime in the United States with the facts. Trump, like most opposition candidates, describes the contemporary situation in the worst possible ways. He stated that the country is “awash in bloodshed and violent crime” and that “our crime rate is going up while crime statistics all over the world are going down”. According to Trump, violent crime has increased under the Biden administration, and this is due to Biden’s “failed” policies. The truth is quite different. Fact #1 – Violent crime actually increased during Trump’s administration and has decreased during Biden’s. In fact, the largest, recent annual increase in the murder rate took place in 2020 (Trump’s last year in office, not under Biden’s watch). In that year, murders rose by almost 30% and assaults by more than 10% (Source: FBI). During the first two years of Biden’s presidency, murders fell by 7% and in 2023 by 13%, now approaching pre-Covid levels. Immigrants and Crime – It is a sad fact of our national history that immigrants have frequently been scapegoated, that is, blamed for the ills of society that they did not commit. This has happened to the Irish, the Italians, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Chinese, and many other immigrants. It was easy for white, Anglo-Saxon Protestants to blame newcomers to our country, especially if they were people of color or if they practiced a different religion. Trump has continued this practice of scapegoating. He began his first campaign in 2015 claiming, “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best…. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.” Trump has continued his anti-immigrant rants for nine years. And now, he bolsters his lies about increased crime, by accusing foreign governments of emptying their jails and sending these “bad apples” to our southern border. Many MAGA supporters believe these lies, but they shouldn’t. Fact #2 – Foreign born immigrants have a much lower crime rate than U.S. citizens. When undocumented immigration plummeted in 2020, murders rose by 30%. There are numerous studies that back up my affirmation. I refer my readers to the book “Immigration and Crime: Taking Stock” by Kubrin and Ousey for an analysis of these studies. Common sense must also be considered. Why would undocumented immigrants, after risking their lives to travel to the border and put down roots in a new country, then expose their families to deportation, by committing violent crime? As always, I encourage all my readers, especially my MAGA friends, to check out these figures for themselves to see if Trump is telling the truth or lying. In tomorrow’s post, I will shine the light on Trump’s ad nauseum claim that the 2020 election was stolen. 

Top down, bottom up, and middle out. Obama said this when he said he was going to fundamentally change America. This fundamental change has been going on since 2016 with an interruption to the process while Trump was president. Top down. Fill all of the government agency with like minded individuals that believe in a One World Order and socialist beliefs. The staffing of most News agencies with people with similar beliefs. Obama staffed the government agencies with bureaucrats with similar beliefs and with the aide of CEOs the news agencies were staffed with employees that would do and say anything they were told to do. Bottom Up. The backing of BLM and Antifa riots to create strife in America and to try to pit the races against each other. DEI training to teach children to hate their classmates because their classmate is white. Middle Out. Biden, working as Obama's third term, began this process with the Open Border policy. There have been thousands of military age men, without families, that have entered the U. S. The Democrats and proponents of a One World Order did this not to secure elections but to get these men into the U. S. military. Biden's military has fired soldiers that would not take the vaccine, forced the military to do DEI training, used transgenders in military recruiting ads and a purge of the military of and MAGA supporters. These actions and other actions we are probably unaware of, have caused a reduction in the number of people in the U.S. armed forces and a shortfall in recruiting quotas in all branches of the armed forces. Now it is being suggested in Congress that any of these illegal, military age men that join the armed forces of the U. S. can become citizens of the U. S. upon completion of their service. I know this has been done in the past but, this is a ruse to get the American people on board with the idea. You cannot topple the most powerful nation in the world with the best military and millions of armed citizens from outside the country. You can topple this country with an armed military that has no Allegiance to the country or its citizens. The invasion on the Southern border was not to change elections but to Invade the U.S. with future military people that would be loyal to the regime that allowed them in. These corrupt politicians think they can control these illegal's actions once they let the invaders in the U.S. and put them in the military and arm them. People from Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq and China will never be loyal to the corrupt politicians in D.C. that allowed them to enter the U.S. I hope you are prepared as best you can for the chaos.

As an immigration attorney and member of AILA, I find it sad to see AILA reposting these studies based on data from almost a decade ago and referring to immigrants without regard to their status (legal or illegal). There is also no mention of the current data raised from Homeland Security showing that: "In Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, CBP arrested 35,433 illegal aliens with criminal convictions nationwide, including 598 known gang members. In addition, 294 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist have been apprehended at the Southwest border between ports of entry since the beginning of FY 2021—and those are only the individuals Border Patrol agents have caught. Not only are dangerous individuals attempting to cross our border, but deadly drugs are too. Last fiscal year, CBP, including Air and Marine Operations, seized 27,293 pounds of poisonous fentanyl coming across the Southwest border—enough to kill around 6 billion people. Notably, federal officials estimate they are only able to seize 5-10 percent of all fentanyl smuggled across the Southwest border. I am pro-legal immigration, and working with immigrants who can genuinely contribute to the US fills my heart. However, I am entirely against letting unvetted illegal immigrants come to the country. This is a national security threat.

Are these real Americans? We can not all raise our kids, build businesses, and host of other things if we don't have police to protect us!
