Exciting times for Arlon! Being a "Great Place to Work" is a huge competitive advantage. It's such a simple formula to treat people well and in doing so enable your business to outperform competition because you are retaining people and they are motivated to be part of the success story. Why don't more companies do it? Because it's hard, it takes years of intentional action with investments in time that dont have instant payback, and it takes humility. FHT companies (Arlon is one) aren't afraid of hard challenges and have a permanent hold capital structure that enables long term thinking.
