Yes, like our competitors we are fielding a lot of Recapitalization requests. Many of of our Capital Sources are solely focused on this and pushing Preferred Equity as the solution. However, so are their competitors. A minority of our Sources are also still active in Acquisition Value Add and New Construction. They are enjoying being among an Oligopoly of those "Making Moves" in the Market and winning. These Fund's current strategy is paying off as they have much less competition for the best Value Add and New Construction Deals. These Deals - from HJ anyway - have strong Sponsorships, Metrics, Demographics, Geographies, etc. HJ Places Senior, Mezzanine, Preferred, Participating Preferred, LP, CO-GP and JV Capital.
