Partner at Aparium Hotel Group

Aparium Hotel Group was just voted as the #13 hotel brand in the world, the second ranked US-based group and top ranked group to not operate exclusively in the luxury sector. We first appeared on the list in 2021 - it was frankly surprising. While we had always planned for it, we hadn’t yet focused on a B to C ‘coming out party’ and were deep in the unavoidable post-Covid recalibration while also opening four new hotels. We were humbled if not reassured by our exhaustive efforts and refused to succumb to the industry consolidation efforts sweeping our space. We went right back to doing what we knew best, keeping our heads down and making sure each individual effort and decision validated the end game: to be the best lifestyle hotel brand in the world. As to say, we went back to work. Three years later we are again opening four very special, exceptionally layered, and inevitably timeless Aparium ‘branded’ hotels. And the recognition feels more commensurate with the efforts, as we are deep in making sure our guests connect with Aparium in a very thoughtful way as we begin to roll out more B to C initiatives (stay tuned) across our collection of brands. While I am naysayer to lists in our industry, I have always appreciated the Travel + Leisure Co. Worlds Best Hotel Brands, following closely since I was a student. As a Relais and Chateaux, independent hotel junkie, I applaud that it seeks to recognize and establish that the greatest hospitality brands are about consistency and experience not name. There are eight ‘collection’ brands on this year’s list, including Aparium. It is to further suggest, in the eyes of the modern consumer, replication is dilution. Evolution shall be applauded in an industry that is otherwise slow[er] to evolve. In summary this is a special thank you to our 1,324 associates who made this happen. Our investors (yes, we actually sponsors/develop many of our projects) who have our back, and our dozens of partners/owners and hundreds of collaborators who ‘get it.’ Here’s to being bigger, faster, and stronger. While growing deeper roots. Let’s go.

We are thrilled to announce that Aparium has been named the #13 Favorite Hotel Brand in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards! 🎉 THANK YOU to everyone who voted. As the only hotel group on the list that operates hotels exclusively in the US and the highest-ranked brand that does not operate exclusively in the luxury space, we are beyond proud of this achievement. A big congrats to Clayton Hotel & Members Club, which was named among the top hotels in Denver and is a perfect example of our passionate team’s relentless dedication to crafting memorable, translocal experiences for guests. Congrats to all of the winners! #TravelAndLeisure #WorldsBestAwards https://lnkd.in/gX6dkd8R
