We remembered that we almost 10 years ago in Summer 2005 hold the first #E.ON Customer Experience Training in Berlin. Thanks to minds & makers GmbH Martin Beyerle (he/him) & Jan Schroeder and WorkPlayExperience Markus Edgar Hormeß & Adam StJohn Lawrence we were truly early adopter of #DesignThinking and #ContextualResearch . We agreed on the most important learning – 💡 thoroughly understand and empathize with your consumers/target group 💡 best in the context where the future solution should come to life 💡 #ContextualResearch So you put yourself in to the position to be able to create relevant solutions which will love customers and create true value and (business) impact. Without deep and emotional understanding - no relevant lovable solutions with high business impact will be created. Do you have still Key Learnings from back then?
