I have gone through a phase in my business where I was starting at 0 every month - There was always this huge pressure of having to make a sale, the fear & uncertainty of not knowing if I'd be able to land a client & pay my bills. My business went from being fun to "restricting" my fun as I was saving every penny for worst-case scenarios. This helps your clients in case they aren't able to pay in full! ✅ Lower ticket offers Create offers that bring in money every single month & require less investment + risk - you can do this by introducing memberships, one-off services & so on. How I went from earning $100 per month to $2,000 per month: The key reason for my success: High Ticket Clients A high ticket offer means selling services priced at $1,000 or more. This approach can rapidly scale your earnings to $8,000 and beyond without needing a massive following. Just focus on 4-5 clients and achieve your financial goals. One small change 22.5x'd my client lifetime value. (And saved me from having to do outreach 24/7) Founders need to reconsider revenue generation. You shouldn't be fighting to onboard new clients monthly; instead, maximize existing revenue streams. Early last year, LinkedIn was just a sidegig where I sold consultations. My typical consultation was $200/h. Clients would pay for an hour (or 2, at best) and never come back. It was stressful and had a very low impact. Today, I've gotten rid of the consultation model, dumped the "hourly rate" thinking, and looked inward. To be precise, I'm focusing on my existing clients. This has taken my average client LTV to $4,500 and growing, as I'm putting the focus on longer contracts. It's also allowing me to help my clients more, as: → Spending 1-2 months with them beats 1-2 hours. → We have more time to collect data and pivot. → I get to build things to scale their income. Result: More wins for my clients. → More wins for me. Simple math. Business is simple, too. Don't overcomplicate it.

They will help you to kind of get the businessman to understand where you are going and which direction you are heading towards. Retention & referral systems: how are you keeping customers around (so you don’t have to keep finding new ones)? If they can’t be repeat customers, how are you encouraging referrals? → 5. Operations systems: how are you managing your finances, people, and processes to keep things running smoothly? From here: • Identify the top 3-5 tasks that keep each system moving forward • Spread those tasks consistently throughout the week When you centre your time around the big systems, rather than the tiny tasks — you stop being so *busy*, and start being *effective* (this applies to life as well). Fewer large systems > hundreds of small tasks.
