The completed apartment building is located in London Borough of Bromley. The land benefitted from Planning Permission but our client asked if we could improve the investment. We set about making changes to the layouts, and secured permission from Planning for a five storey building with nine apartments. The development in Raynes Park in London Borough of Merton is presently under construction. The object was to intensify the land use from a single, two-storey, three bedroom 1,291sqft house to 3x, 3,273sqft houses each with four storeys (including a home cinema below ground) and five bedrooms. This represents a 760% uplift in development area.
