There’s no shortage of tchotchkes and take-homes you can use to set your trade show booth apart. So how do you decide on what’s best for your next event? The key is just that: Are they simply tchotchkes or are they actual take-homes? The last thing you want is your brand’s collateral banished to the junk drawer. We’ve seen it all—big, small, costly, cheap—and here’s what we’ve seen work best... https://lnkd.in/ghhnYzGs ... #tradeshow #eventmarketing #swag #brandmarketing

Yes, we eat our own dog food. Take our own medicine, drink our own cool-aid...all that stuff As in...we do #Tradeshows too. Becuase... It's NOT JUST what we do...We believe in the power of shows, and when done right, they can be a huge driver of new opportunities into your sales funnel. We also get to tell our story. How we are differnt and why you might want to work with us. Six months back we did the #exhibitorlive show in Nashville. We really get to step into our own client's shoes when we go to shows as well. The same pain points that exist for our clients, exists for us as an exhibitor...and that helps us understand their challenges at a deeper level. So...we are about six months out from the next EXLive...and we are again in the process of planning our presence. From the booth design to the activation, the pre and post show strategy...it's all part of the strategic process that all exhibitors need to do to be successful... and in that, we are just like every other exhibiting company out there! #tradeshow #eventprofs #experientialmarketing #exhibitdesign PS- Our content creation team does amazing work....video by us!! So when you are looking for an exhibit-house partner...you only get to work with the amazing Tyson V., when you choose to work with BlueHive Exhibits 😎

5 Mistakes to Avoid When Creating Your Trade Show Booth... So, you’re about to dive into creating a trade show booth? Before you go full send, make sure you don’t make these rookie mistakes: Winging it without a plan – "We'll figure it out as we go" sounds adventurous, but it’s also a fast track to not being on your best when the show starts. Champagne taste with a beer budget – It’s totally fine to dream big on a budget, but let’s talk about that upfront! Brand amnesia – If your booth doesn’t scream YOU, you’re doing it wrong. Don’t let visitors wonder who the heck you are. Forgetting about logistics – Just because your booth looks beautiful on a computer doesn’t mean it magically shows up on-site and ready to go. Procrastinating like a pro – The show might be three months away, but trust us—you’re already behind. #TradeShowBooth #BoothGoals #MarketingMishaps #PlanAhead #EventMarketingDoneRight #HumidCreatives #BoothFails #ExhibitDesign #TradeShowLife #DontBeThatBooth #SEMA #SeaOtterClassic #TheRunningEvent #ExpoWest #iCast #PGAShow

Hey, pet pros! Are you ready for #SUPERZOO2024? You will be if you focus on these 5 things… 1. Define Your Objectives Decide on one overall goal for your booth to achieve. Compare your results to see where you need to adjust for next time. 2. Start Early The earlier you begin planning your exhibit, the better prepared you’ll be. Ideally, you should be planning with your exhibit partners 16 weeks or more before your show date. 3. Promote, Promote, and Promote Again Start marketing your booth on social media a month or two before the show date, then during the show, and a few weeks after. 4. Provide Value Always Create a well-thought-out in-booth experience with high-quality and unique giveaways to keep your brand top-of-mind long after the show has ended. 5. Follow Up with Curiosity Connect with the contacts you made at the show. The ROI of a trade show is based on the number of relationships you create, not just the number of sales you get. #petprofessionals #eventmarketers #tradeshowtips

I really believe that humor, done right, is magic. It makes people feel good and remember you and your brand. At GiftSuite, we try to layer in humor and surprise, especially for tradeshows. Here's a short case study of one example.
🎁 Surprise and Delight: Crafting Unforgettable Trade Show Swag Using Humor Standing out at trade shows can be tough. When our client needed to make a memorable impact at a major event in Nashville, we knew humor was the key. The client wanted to recognize the brilliant branding work of Terence Reilly, (now former) CMO of Stanley Cups and former CMO of Crocs. Our goal was to create something that highlighted Reilly's genius work while still keeping the playful local flair of Nashville. Our solution? A cleverly themed swag bag including: Nashville Chocolates & Socks "Think Like A Brand Not Like A Bank" Book Black Stanley Cup with a Croc Jibbitz Topper that had a Mini-Stanley Cup and Music Charm. The result? Our client received nothing but positive feedback, the attendees loved the story. Want to know more? As someone who stands behind the booth at conferences, here are some tips on how to navigate the exhibition hall: ➡️ Compliment the marketing team (Your booth looks amazing!) ➡️ Ask about the swag! (What is that? How does it work?) ➡️ Gush about someone’s purse or shoes or outfit (Genuine enthusiasm is always a treat!) You *don’t* have to ask what we do if all you actually want is swag. We get it, I promise. Just be friendly and don’t interrupt if we’re talking to a potential client. Bonus: if you’re extra nice, I’ll even tell you who else has good swag (because #LightsabersAreLife) #SundayFunday #ConferenceCircuitLife #SamanthaMakesGifs #ISPE #ICPE #Berlin

Trade show season? Oh, it’s on. 😏 Guess who's starting 2025 looking sharp and ready to help you step up your casual Friday swag. Spoiler: It’s us. While we’re busy gearing up for ASI Show Orlando in January, we thought we’d drop a little wisdom for anyone planning to hit the circuit. Check out these top 4 trade show survival tips ↓ ✅ Don’t just stand there, engage! No one wants a passive booth. Ask questions, start conversations, and make it unforgettable. ✅ Quality over quantity. A thousand flyers don’t beat one solid connection. Be intentional with who you connect with. ✅ Pack snacks (and a backup charger). Trust us, trade show coffee won’t get you through a full day. ✅ Follow up—or what’s the point? A great conversation means nothing if it ends at the booth. Follow up quickly and thoughtfully. We’ll be out in Orlando January 5th and 6th, putting these tips into action while also bringing our A-game and polos that speak for themselves. Come and check out our new products and packaging innovations. Got a favorite trade show hack? Share it in the comments so we can compare notes. #tradeshowready #newyearnewgoals #industryevents #connectwithus

Your event space design can make or break your event. If the flow sucks, people are going to get frustrated. We recently had a conversation about developing an event “Town Hall.” Instead of the typical drudgery of 👉 general session 👉 breakout session 👉 general session 👉 breakout session 👉 exhibit hall 👉 broken into different locations, your event takes place in one hub where attendees can move between different activities and engagements. You host everything there, including your food and beverage, product demos, presentations, etc. The concept mirrors a bustling town square. The energy is high and attendees can quickly move between different locations. We’ve successfully introduced this concept on trade show floors and are excited to expand the idea to more areas. How have you switched up the typical event format recently? #eventprofs #eventmanagement #corporateevents
