Thank you for sharing Michelle Redfern. In my experience many of the #fabulously #successful #Leader's #entrepreneurs #businessowners thoroughly respect, adore & enjoy working with #women. They recognise that women bring a different & #diverse perspective, & that ultimately it creates Oneness, a whole & complete picture & a #leadership #power #team capable of creating incredible #businesstransformation. I've also experienced many time's a leader, not quite comfortable with delivering or taking action, at a particular point in time, who have observed the results of my action, & it's encouraged & relieved their fears, especially when #business #relationships & #customerrelations go from strength to strength. This work's the other way around too, but what it all comes down to, is that we are all #human I support #men & #women & #encourage #synergy at home, & in the #workplace. For many year's, I worked in the #underground #miningindustry. I starred early, & I have the utmost #respect for the #men I worked with. Ultimately, they raised me in business & taught me so much. They did #mentor & #coach me & I am #blessed & #grateful. #togetherwerise #togetherwethrive #togetherweadvance #togetherwecan #consciousness

....and Under Sponsored Michelle Redfern. For centuries men have been working with each other, devising and navigating the rules of engagement, actively sponsoring and promoting once another. Yet a % of Women only entered these male created structures truly in the 60s/70s. Result? the proportion of (female) sponsorship and thus promotion of (female) talent is still heavily weighted towards the old comfortable (male) paradigm sadly. #changeiscoming

Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! Sponsorship is where the rubber hits the road. It says "I believe in her and I will back her to succeed" How empowering is that? Rather than being 'told' what to do.
