An important step you can take to prevent a respiratory virus illness this season is to get updated 2024-25 Covid-19 and flu vaccines. The CDC recommends both vaccines for everyone 6 months and older. Everyone ages 75 and older should get a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine once.
