If only more leaders understood the power of being vulnerable… We as leaders often miss the whole vulnerability thing so we do not feel weak, but that often leads to disconnect between the leadership and the rest of the organization. We are all human, so we are not perfect and cannot know everything. What I have learned in my almost 3 years of various leadership reaponsibilities is that vulerabilty immensely boosts trust with everyone arround you, which leads to an overall better busness results and work satisfaction.
