We are happy to announce a new SAFER initiative: a pre-study for a National Traffic Safety Conference - aimed at driving collaboration and innovation in Sweden! Recognising the need to advance traffic safety through collective efforts, SAFER is embarking on this pre-study to explore the possibility of hosting a national conference. This initiative aims to unite stakeholders from diverse sectors, working together to reduce traffic accidents and promote safety nationwide. Our key objectives of arranging a national traffic safety conference: - Knowledge sharing 🧠 - Collaboration 🤝 - Awareness and education 🚦 - Networking and relationship building 🌐 - Policy discussion 📊 - Innovation and technology 🚀 The decision to explore this opportunity arose from the absence of a networking format in the previous Tylösand seminar and the continued digital format of the Swedish Transport Administration's annual Result Conference post-pandemic. SAFER envisions this conference as a unique gathering opportunity for stakeholders in Sweden. The pre-study, set to begin in April and conclude in September, is funded by #Skyltfonden.
