In the truly insightful session with Ankur Gattani, Chief Growth Officer at WebEngage, on "Retention Led Growth: Nuts and Bolts" at #insurjowithTPF, here are my keylearnings. On the case study of telecom provider Airtel, we focused on maximizing retention led growth by data-driven audience breakups and control groups. Using control groups goes beyond the A/B testing, where this group will not receive any of the campaigns or special offers, whilst the test group does. The data breakup on the case study helped to define funnels and segment them to provide successful campaigns on customer groups. We also learned about at the growth flywheel as a framework for growth.
