In a technical community, individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise come together to collaborate and share their knowledge. This exchange of ideas fosters innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning. By working together, community members can tackle complex technical challenges more effectively and achieve better outcomes. 2. Support and Mentorship: Technical communities provide a support system for individuals at different stages of their careers. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced professional, being part of a community allows you to connect with peers and mentors who can offer guidance, advice, and encouragement. Amongst other news in #Dreamforce23, there were encouraging signs of the bad phase being over & positive phase arriving from the employment perspective in the Salesforce ecosystem. This comes from the two news articles citing #MarkBenioff in the Dreamforce2023. Let's decode the two articles & and make some sense of it. The first news article is about SF India. As per the article, Mark was quoted saying "productivity of employees in India has far surpassed our wildest imagination". So he is impressed with the contributions from the SF India employee. Then goes on to say that SF India has 'Far exceeded the growth expectation' post Arundhati Bhattacharya joined the Software giant. This meant that SF India radically expanded our engineering centres, especially in Hyd. Another news is about SF hiring 3k new people to work across its Sales, Engineering, and Data cloud product teams. This helps grow the company's AI business to attract further investments. He also wanted boomerangs or ex-employees to come back. Based on the above two news articles, we can see positive hints towards the job markets & and make me believe that things are improving after a bad winter. Is it right to feel that or is it just one-off news? Any thoughts? Happy New Year 2024 Everyone! 🎉 Yes, 2023 was probably one of the most difficult years of my life. But I am extremely grateful to the community. Everyone I reached out to was ready to help, to give some advise, and to connect me to other people. What a blessing! I am in particular thankful to the many of those who reached out spontaneously to checkup on me. I am also very grateful to the opportunity to collaborate with Argoid AI and Gokul Muralidharan. Argoid AI is an incredible AI/ML powerhouse in the service of the Media and Entertainment, powering engagement, personalization, FAST programming, and a lot more. My concise roadmap for 2024, just the essentials: 1- Increased Focus on Climate, Sustainability, and Planet. 30 seconds from unfulfilled Ad inventory dedicated to this cause will not hurt your income, but could have a huge impact. 2- Focus on Peace Around the World: We have to stop supporting conflicts and wars and direct the attention to saving civilian's lives. 3- Continue the journey on the intersect of AI/ML in Media and Entertainment, while keeping ethics in mind. 4- Help companies establish, consolidate, and nurture strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other Cloud vendors. A tremendous opportunity is on the table for everyone who knows to master that process. 5- Increased giving-back to the community in the form of papers, articles, blog posts, and also help to those who got affected by the difficult times in 2023. ..
