WE ARE HIRING! At Made 2 Move, we strive to bring relationships back to healthcare. Our treatment philosophy revolves around patient-centered healthcare: putting the patient first in everything we do. We want to ask about: ▪ their goals ▪ their barriers ▪ their stressors ▪ their recovery ▪ their hopes ▪ their dreams We want to emphasize the importance of building a relationship with your patient. They are searching for a healthcare provider to finally listen to them and provide them with a plan that can reduce their symptoms and put them on a path to becoming a healthier human being. We believe that rehab is a process and a commitment. It’s about slowly stacking bricks and building confidence + capacity. Rehab is a collaborative process between PT and patient. We are not about the quick fix. We are not about “fixing” at all. We are about empowering the patient with the tools, guidance, accountability, and expertise to get them the best result. The Made 2 Move Treatment Philosophy revolves around the healthcare provider being a guide throughout the patient’s recovery process. We coach the patient in the direction that fits their goals, circumstances, needs, wants, and lifestyle. We take patient preference and beliefs into account and prioritize meeting the patient where they’re at. We feel that we have the ability to change someone’s life trajectory for the better. This takes time, trust, and a relationship with a patient. If you can establish a healthcare environment that is rooted in these principles… then we believe that, together, we can change the healthcare system for the better. Hello, LinkedIn! 👋🏻 I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about myself. Some of you may have seen a post or two, while scrolling and others have had the chance to connect with me in person, online or over the phone. No matter how we have “met”, I am thankful to have you as a part of my #network. On a professional note, I have been recruiting for about 10 years and with the best in med tech- FloodGate Medical- for the last two and half. I have a passion for the #urology space and serving those who are looking to break into the #medicaldevice industry. Nothing pleases me more than to help my clients build their teams and create a company culture of winning and mutual respect. On a personal note, I am a proud #militaryspouse and have been married to my husband for almost 13 years. He is currently serving overseas in England and retirement is just over the horizon. We have two kiddos and I love being a #boymom. I enjoy coffee, wine, golf, football (GO Broncos!) and spending my days at the beaches near my house in Tampa, Florida. So why am I sharing all of this? It is a reminder that behind all of these profile pictures, are people with families and feelings. Looking for a job can be one of the most challenging and vulnerable times in one’s life. As a Recruiter, I take my job very seriously and realize how important it is to be understanding, sensitive and respectful during every interview and interaction I have with candidates. One of our core values at FloodGate Medical is “Every Person Matters” and if you have had or have the opportunity to work with us, we want you to always feel this way. #recruitingdonedifferently #jobsearch #notjustaresume #peoplefirst #respect #talentacquisition #corevalues

A Vascular lab was about to turn away patients due to insufficient staffing & increased demand. For 6 months, they'd been searching for a Sonographer through Indeed and other job boards, but it had yielded no results. The Sonographer they had found, turned down their offer. Upon examining their hiring strategy, it was clear they were offering a below-market salary range I advised the Medical Director, that their salary range was 15-25% below market for their area. Increasing salary ranges can be tough, but losing patients temporarily or permanently, is worse. Once the salary was amended, we found the right Sonographer within 48 hours. You know that feeling when you get asked a question that makes you really stop and think? That was me during a recent Q&A session. When a Kenvuer asked me what has surprised me the most since coming into my Chief Growth Officer role, I had a bit of an "aha" moment! Six months into my new role, I've met with teams from all across the globe. And while there will always be nuances across regions, what has surprised me most is the universality of our experiences – while we often don’t like to admit it, we’re more similar than we are different. We learn the most from one another when we are open…open about our successes, but also about our failures. We struggle with the same challenges day-to-day. We love to win. And most importantly, we all show up to work at Kenvue each day because we love the same feeling of hearing how a brand or product helps a mom or dad, teenager or toddler, nurse or dermatologist. While this has come as a surprise to me… reflecting on it, it also isn’t surprising at all. At the end of the day, we’re all people. People who want to make a positive impact on the health of other people. And it’s this commitment that impresses me so much about my team every day. #WeAreKenvue
