In an ever changing world, we need to learn to embrace challenges. It's this idea which inspired the agenda for our 2024 Company Conference, held in Cornwall. From finance and sales, to logistics and marketing, the UK business came together to learn from each other and also about themselves... Employees were given the chance to go out of their comfort zone with activities designed to challenge. Whether that was zip lining over the Eden Project, riding the waves in Newquay or meeting colleagues outside of their department. The lessons learned will help us to embrace challenge and as a team, continue to deliver success for our partners and customers.
