🤝 Innovation and Collaboration: The Success Story Behind Tirlán and Galdi In an industry where quality and freshness are non-negotiable, our collaboration with Tirlán has been a success story in milk packaging innovation. With the goal of furthering the market penetration of Avonmore milk, we introduced a new packaging line with 1.75-liter Gable Top cartons. Thanks to the close collaboration between our teams and leveraging Galdi's know-how, we've achieved remarkable outcomes: ✅ Fast Production Start-up: The line reached full production capacity within just 5 weeks, achieving an OEE of 85% and MME of 97%. ✅ Consistent Production: We ensured the repeatability of performance, both technical and hygienic, a key aspect for Galdi's packaging machines and lines. ✅ Ease of Use: The simple interface of our packaging lines allows optimal use by staff with various levels of experience. This achievement is a success for Tirlán and Galdi, demonstrating the positive impact of both technological innovation and strategic collaboration.
