Providing specialized menopause benefits is a strategic move—not just “a nice thing” to offer female employees. And we’re 🥳 that more benefits providers are taking notice. It wasn’t too long ago that menopause was about as likely to come up in a conversation about work as snow falling in summer. Now, 15% of large organizations are offering/planning to offer related benefits (up from 4% last year). Progress. But connecting women with care they need is about more than just offering it to them. It’s about helping dispel misinformation and bust stigmas that often stand in the way of them engaging with it. Employers have an opportunity to do just that. Midi's founder and CEO Joanna Strober shared five tips on driving successful outcomes from a menopause benefits program with Employee Benefit News. These strategies can help ensure that whatever menopause solution you choose delivers both for your employees and your organization. #JoinMidi #menopauseatwork #employeebenefits #menopausecare
