🔎I did tell you to watch this space! 😉 💥Risks exist everywhere, and I am thrilled to be a part of the next BVI Association of Compliance Officers And Practitioners #event to cover some of the most pervasive risks to your #compliance! 🔄The interplay between #humanresourcesmanagement and #compliance is a significant aspect of a robust compliance framework. ⚠️Then there’s #institutionalrisk! You may think you have it covered, but do you really? 🤔 💡I think the message from the Association is clear. If you want to cover these salient issues, follow the directions and join us! #passionforcompliance #regulatorycompliance #riskassessment #riskmanagement #complianceofficers #HRManagers

Since I've been to India, every time I think of India, I think ‘Incredible India’. I saw it when I was there. The specific example to which I can refer is India's use of digitalization: @UNPGA - Dennis Francis India is all set to share its with UN membership at inaugural event. #citizenstack #Indiastack #DPI #DPIconference #UPI #IndiaUNNewyork

I'd like in the 51st year of CSi to have the ability to introduce random wave loads (spectrum - not only solitary waves) to semi-submerged structures within SAP2000, including influencing water properties like viscosity, temperature, etc, as well as large members buoyancy, water-filled or empty members and/or hydrodynamic added mass provisions), and marine growth for the underwater parts of the structure.
LET’S START THE CELEBRATIONS NOW!

✨ Creativity That Connects Life & Work ✨ Leah Hennessey, one of our talented design strategists, shared her hand-drawn holiday card—a beautifully illustrated reflection of her family. This card isn’t just about holiday cheer; it’s a glimpse into how Leah’s creativity shines in every part of her life. 💌 As Rachel Link put it so perfectly, “The love, the mess, and everything in between—all so intentional.” While work and life are distinct, there’s a common thread at LINK: creativity and purpose. It’s not just a job—it’s about connecting deeply with what we do and who we do it for. Here’s to continuing to celebrate creativity and connection, both inside and outside of work. 💙 #LifeAtLINK #CreativityAndConnection #TeamLINK
This was our holiday card that I sent out this year (to not nearly as many people as I’d originally hoped)! I decided to draw our family because 1) that’s fun 2) getting a picture of a toddler wannabe Olympic sprinter in a holiday dress wasn’t going to go over well. Elise turns two today. So in addition to all the New Year reflecting, I’ve also been thinking about how much she’s grown in the last year. She’s a ball of light that keeps us moving and dancing, reading and learning, messy and full of love. I hope I get the chance to draw our family card every year, because this is how I see us - moving and dancing, reading and learning, messy and full of love - and I’m glad to show other people what I see. Happy Holidays. Happy New Year. Love, Leah

Are you in the right route? Have you noticed that every driver has their own route? They chose that route, mastered it. That's why a lot of people know some drivers because of the route they follow. The point here is in life, everyone has a route. You have a route and every route is not yours. Choose your route and build in it. Do not leave your lane to pursue another person's lane. What makes you the best in what you do is the ability to locate and master where you belong and focus on it. Stop being INTERESTED in all you see. Find your lane, drive on it. Build your fan base there and show up steadily. Don't waste so much time running everywhere, by the time you know it you're tired. There is something you can do, find it and focus on it. Happy new week fam!!!
