General Manager (plastics)-Chicago area. Very successful and growing plastics company has an excellent opportunity available in the Chicago, IL area for a General Manager. This position will be responsible for managing production, sales, safety and quality. The position will also be involved with working with suppliers and customers. Full P&L responsibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Must have at least 5 years of experience in plastics processing. Experience in budgeting, P&L responsibility, inventory management and manufacturing is required. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must. Experience in blow molding, injection molding, plastics recycling, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, polyethylene, polypropylene, extrusion or compounding would be a plus. Global National Key Account Manager (injection molding)-remote position open, USA. Large plastics company with 15 plus manufacturing locations and over 1,200 employees has an excellent opportunity available for a Global National Key Account Manager. This position will be involved with managing very large key accounts in the consumer products, beverage and food industries. Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience in Sales including extensive experience managing large accounts. 5 or more years of experience in plastic injection molding is a must. BS Degree is required, MBA Degree is preferred. Experience in strategic planning is a big plus. 50% travel is required. Must live near a large airport. This is a remote position.
