I have been thinking lately. Leadership comes with significant responsibility. It's crucial for the leader to take the lead and be mindful about fostering a respectful and constructive dialogue. Avoid discussing individuals who are not present, especially former employees, and refrain from giving unwarranted feedback. Gossip can erode team cohesion and damage relationships. When leaders speak about others under the guise of performance, it creates an atmosphere of distrust, making team members wonder if they will be next. This behavior fosters a toxic culture. As the professional landscape evolves, you may find yourself needing support from those (yes, even former employees) you once sidelined. Maintaining positive connections is essential for long-term success.

To me, bumblebees seem very happy (i.e. engaging in worthwhile activities). They are a joy to observe and they are productive from sunup to sundown. I recognize my relationship to this life form. It is part of my Domains. In Applied Metapsychology, there is a useful model employed to inspect different aspects of life: Domains. They can be depicted as concentric spheres, representing areas of influence and responsibility.
