There’s a sea of luxury real estate agents in Cape Town, so what makes me any different?
Real estate is a tough game, and anyone who tells you any different is lying or hasn’t worked in the industry for long enough.
It’s sink or swim out here, so you really have to focus on the skills that help keep you afloat, like:
- Being able to think on your feet
- Matching the right people with the right property
- Negotiating
- Networking
However, while these skills help, you also need to be honest, understanding, and likeable. I’ve honed these skills in the 15 years I’ve been in the industry, and the reason I’ve made it as far as I have is by being a person people want to buy from and sell through.
What’s your biggest differentiating factor?
