When visualising landscape-focused developments, post-production is often more impactful than the 3d rendering part. Each step highlighted in the gif below adds to the final atmosphere of the image: - balance of lights and shadows - grass softness and realism - dramatic sky, affecting the entire mood - painting atmospheric haze - adjusting trees species and framing the composition - vignette, colour grades, contrast and slight desaturation All these steps help guide one's gaze to the focal point and make the visual feel unified and atmospheric. Exploring how a home comes alive during the twilight hours through lighting, shadows and feature arrangement. . In this reel, we see the impact of lighting at night on this Oxfordshire country manor house of ours. . Considering its rural location, it was important to keep lighting as considerate as possible. Note the use of downlighters, floor lights with a soft fade and warm lux colours to give a glow to the building. Lighting is an important and integral element to consider during the design process, as it has a strong impact on how a home feels and is used. How does lighting make your own home feel? Do you notice it’s influence on how you feel? . Approach landscape design with a hands-on, design-build perspective for optimal results. Much like a painter or sculptor, envisioning, sketching, planning, and executing a project involves an intimate relationship with the construction site. As the project evolves, it's not uncommon to be covered in paint or clay, scrutinizing every angle and lighting condition to ensure perfection. As landscape architects and designers, we are creators, visionaries, and artists in our own right. We conceive and construct projects beyond our clients' imaginations, allowing our talents to flourish into something extraordinary. Embrace your creativity and imagination fully—your clients hire you for it! Diversity is key. Just as a painter explores various themes and styles, our landscape designs should cater to a range of tastes and preferences. Whether classical, modern, minimalist, or bohemian, each client seeks a designer who can understand their vision and exceed their expectations. The canvas of a landscape project offers endless possibilities for creating a masterpiece! #landscapearchitect #landscapeconstruction #landscapedesignbuild

💡 Did you know that a sculpture doesn’t always need full illumination to be impactful? The key to effective lighting lies in understanding how materials interact with light. By strategically directing light, you can create stunning effects that highlight the sculpture’s form, texture, and details. Here’s a breakdown of different lighting techniques: Full Illumination: Combine up and down lighting for a balanced and detailed effect. Uplighting: Create a dramatic shadow play for added depth and dimension. Downlighting: Accentuate the sculpture’s form with a focused spotlight. Backlighting: Achieve a silhouette effect for a dramatic contrast. Selective Object Illumination: Highlight key features with multiple spotlights for a layered effect. Exterior of a private house - realistic render 💫 As we already mentioned in earlier posts, details are what creates a special, lively atmosphere of any picture; something that fills her and immerses her in the necessary sensations of comfort and coziness. And this render is no exception: here the entire environment of the main object, that is, the house, is aimed at maintaining its style and characteristic presentation. Fallen leaves 🍂 lying on the asphalt, shimmering sunlight on the walls and roof, trees tilted from the wind - all these are small parts of a large exhibition that are always worth paying attention to ☝🏼 We not only approach creating visualizations professionally, but also put our souls into it ❤️ Leave your reactions if you liked this post and subscribe so you don’t miss new ones 🙃 #3DVisualization #renderlovers #visualart #architecturevision #exteriordesigner #designexterior #interiordesign #exterior3D #renderbox_magazine #renderlovers #render_awards #cgtop #cgi #3dviz #imageby #architectureanddesing #greenarchitecture #cgtop #homearchitecture #nature3D #3Dnaturedesign

It's Friday again, and that means it's time for another #FridayArtWithAluprofUK post! Today, we're featuring a captivating image of Andrew Wyeth. It has been almost 2 years since we shared a picture from him. Enjoy and a happy weekend to everyone. In the present work, a traditional rural American subject—a view of the Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, landscape from inside his neighbor Karl Kuerner’s barn—is elevated to 20th Century masterpiece through Wyeth's unique lens. Nancy Anderson writes of the complex compositional design of Spring Fed, “studies document the process by which Wyeth pared the view to its essentials, eliminating even the mullions from the lower window on the right. A tracing of the compositional elements reveals the painting’s geometric structure and reflects Wyeth’s claim that a painting should be both realistic and abstract. The mathematically precise painting is a study in looking – through multiple interiors, through multiple windows, through light and shade.” (Looking Out, Looking In, Washington, 2014, p. 29) Andrew Wyeth's Spring Fed is a masterpiece of American realism that invites viewers into a world of both physical and emotional exploration. The central motif of the painting, the window, serves as a visual metaphor for the artist's exploration of memory, loss, mortality, and timelessness. Through the windowpanes, Wyeth creates a layered composition, framing the exterior landscape within the interior space. This interplay of perspectives mirrors the human experience of looking both inward and outward, of contemplating the past and present simultaneously. The window becomes a portal, a threshold between the known and the unknown, the familiar and the mysterious. Andrew Wyeth (American artist) 1917 - 2009 Spring Fed, 1967 tempera on panel 69.8 x 100.3 cm.
