I'm thrilled to share that my article has garnered significant attention, reaching 500 views! In it, I explore the challenges faced by nurses in today's society and organizations. Nursing is often stereotyped as a feminine role, and leadership is sometimes perceived as autocratic, creating a double burden for women in the field. Navigating these complex societal perceptions can be daunting. We recognize the unique barriers that women in nursing encounter, rooted in cultural and societal norms. Nursing is often associated more with caregiving than leadership, which can impede women's advancement. Furthermore, the misconception that caregiving roles are exclusively for women complicates matters further. I invite you to read my article, which delves into current evidence and potential solutions to address these issues. Innovative interventions are necessary to reshape the environment for women in nursing within the healthcare industry. Let's work together towards positive change! My research, ‘Organisational Strategies for Women Nurses to Advance in Healthcare Leadership: A Systematic Review,’ just reached 500 views!
