After a long break from writing, I am finally back to finishing my series on the Female Leadership Academy I joined before the summer. On session 3, we had Lene Hylling Axelsson from Novo Nordisk sharing about the ups and downs of her international experience within one organization. Her biggest advice? If you have an opportunity to be an executive assistant, take advantage of it. Her talk and the further exercise helped me to reflect and see the patterns in my own career as well. I wanted to stop feeling guilty about the choices I've made as everyone's career journey is unique. Here are some helpful guide questions from the session, if you have 5 minutes to think today: 🔍 Looking back, what helped me take the right decision when it comes to my career or personal life? 🚀 What drives and motivates me/what kind of tasks and projects bring the best out of me? 💪 What are my strengths and how am I putting them to work? 🌟 What is something I can do more or less of that will help me become the person I want to be in 5 years?
